The Management Committee of Westlakes Archers Incorporated has made every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information on this website. As we are a volunteer organisation, we are unable to monitor the website, email and social accounts on a round the clock basis. If you have not had a response to your query within 48 hours please contact the club secretary. 

We strive to maintain a relaxed, friendly and welcoming atmosphere at Westlakes Archers, however all members and visitors should be aware:

• The purchase of beginner classes is final we do not offer refunds if a class is purchased and the purchaser later changes their mind.
• Westlakes Archers Incorporated may offer an alternative date or session of classes in the event that the purchaser becomes unable to attend a class/classes on the dates prescribed.
• Classes postponed due to inclement weather will be caught up at a time agreed with the coach in charge of the session.
• Westlakes Archers Incorporated is a community club and welcomes all persons to its facility. The management committee reserves the right to reserve the right to request a person leave the grounds for any reason at any time. Abusive behaviour, unlawful behaviour, bullying and unsafe practices will result in the individual being asked to leave the grounds. Failure to comply with such a request will result in law enforcement involvement.
